Who we are

Foot Care Supplies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Howden (Southend) Ltd., a private company incorporated in 1971 with registered offices at 195 St Mary's Lane Upminster Essex RM14 3BU Company registration No. 926189.


For all deliveries within the UK we endeavour to process all orders on the first working day after receipt and despatch by Royal Mail or courier. You may cancel any out of stock items and be refunded their cost. Please notify us if your order has not arrived within reasonable time when we would normally replace it but we reserve the right to wait up to 15 working days after the expected delivery date. For deliveries outside of the UK please see below.

A charge of £3.95 is added to all orders to cover the costs of processing, packaging and delivery. Orders over £50 are delivered free of this charge.

Foot Care Supplies web pages offer for sale products to be used by customers for the self treatment of foot problems. We do provide an advice service to explain the use of our products but if you require clinical advice or have any doubt about the use of any of our products you should obtain this help from your practitioner.


Under The Consumer ContractsRegulations 2013 you have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days from receipt of your order. If you change your mind and no longer require the whole order this may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. You must notify us by telephone and/or in writing of your intention to cancel the whole order. You must return all of the goods unused as received including advice note with postage paid by yourself and we would advise you obtain at least a certificate of posting as proof of despatch. We are obliged to refund you within 30 days of receipt of your return but it is our normal practice to make this refund immediately. We pride ourselves on our customer services and will be pleased to exchange or refund any goods you do not require as long as they are unused and in their original packing. Please notify us of your intention by telephone or in writing and include with your return sufficient written information to fully action your request. We will refund you the postage for the return of defective goods or for our mistakes to your order. Otherwise you will be responsible for the payment of postage for your returns.

Our sales and returns policies do not affect your statutory rights.

Transactions outside the United Kingdom.

We are pleased to deliver world wide by normal postal services but cannot be held responsible for any postal losses incurred outside of the United Kingdom. All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling with the currency conversion and any associated fees and charges being made by your card provider.
