ProLyne Technogel Pressure Protection Pad

ProLyne™ pressure protection pads are manufactured from Technogel^™ an advanced self-adhesive polyurethane elastic soft gel. ProLyne™ Gel relieves foot pain by absorbing shock, reducing friction and acting as a pressure barrier. They will adhere firmly and fully conform to the contours of the skin to provide maximum relief. ProLyne™ Gel is hypo-allergenic, air permeable, self adhesive and reusable. Just wash in tepid water and detergent after use, allow to dry and then re-apply. ProLyne™ pressure protection pads may be placed anywhere on the foot where protection is required eg. to relieve bunion pain, to treat the pain of plantar fasciitis and for heel pain to absorb shock and friction. Gel pressure protection pads can be re-used over many weeks and are particularly effective as they are adhered directly to the skin mimicking the body's natural fatty padding

Prolyne gel is generally safe for diabetics to use as the adhesive properties of the gel should not tear the skin when the pad is removed. As the gel itself is sticky there is no added adhesive spread on the pad.
